• If you purchase multiple pairs of compatible shoes, please specify in the order notes which charm should be attached to which shoe.
• If no instructions are provided, we will attach the charms to either the left or right shoe at our discretion.
• If you purchase charms without a compatible pair of shoes, the charms will be sent separately for you to attach yourself.
• If you purchase a compatible pair of shoes together with the charms, we will attach the charms for you.
